1. Booking & Payment

• Deposit: Bookings are only confirmed upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit. This serves to lock in your date.
• Balance Payment: All remaining balances must be cleared on or before the due date stated in the invoice.
• Late Payment: We reserve the right to withhold the final deliverables if there are outstanding balances.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Permits & Costs: The client is responsible for securing any necessary venue permits. Any additional costs outside our standard coverage area, such as tolls, parking, accommodation, and travel expenses, are to be borne by the client.
• Meals: If the service duration exceeds 6 hours, the client agrees to provide reasonable meals for the working crew.
• Safety: We prioritize a safe working environment. Karya Legit reserves the right to immediately terminate the session (without a refund) if there is any safety threat, physical/verbal harassment, or a hazardous environment for our crew.

3. Service Execution & Interruptions

• We are fully committed to capturing your most important moments.
• However, we are not liable for missed moments caused by event delays, last-minute schedule changes, physical obstructions, or interference from third parties (e.g., guests blocking the camera lens with their mobile phones).

4. Copyright & Portfolio Use

• Ownership: Karya Legit retains exclusive copyright to all photos and videos produced. Clients are granted a license for personal use and social media sharing.
• Prohibitions: Clients are strictly not allowed to alter, filter, or re-edit the delivered final products.
• Portfolio: We reserve the right to use the footage and images for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you require privacy and prefer your images not to be used, a written request must be submitted before the event date.
• Music (Video): Using copyrighted commercial music (upon client request) may risk being muted or taken down on social media platforms. Karya Legit is not responsible for such restrictions.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation: Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances of cancellation.
• Last-Minute Penalties: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the event, the client is liable for 50% of the remaining balance. For cancellations less than 14 days prior, the client is liable for 100% of the remaining balance.
• Rescheduling: Changing event dates is subject to our crew's availability. If we are unavailable on the newly proposed date, it will be treated as a cancellation by the client.

6. Final Delivery & RAW Files

• Estimated Completion Time:
• Highlight Photos: ~5 working days.
• Full Gallery & Video: 30 to 90 working days.
• RAW Files: Only the final edited deliverables will be provided. RAW or unedited files will not be surrendered unless agreed upon separately with an additional fee.
• Storage: Your files will be kept in our system for six (6) months after delivery. After this period, the responsibility of storing and backing up the files lies entirely with the client.

7. Editing Style & Revisions

• Taste & Style: By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to Karya Legit's editing style and creative direction. Differences in personal taste do not constitute a defect or a breach of agreement.
• Minor Revisions: The client is entitled to one (1) minor revision request (e.g., spelling errors on video titles) within 7 days after the deliverables are handed over.
• Major Revisions: Any major changes (e.g., changing songs, altering color moods, adding new elements) are subject to additional charges at our discretion.



8. Physical Printed Products (Albums/Frames)

• Completion time depends on third-party factories and suppliers. We are not responsible for any production delays that are beyond our control.
• Digital deliveries (Gallery/Video) are handled separately and will not be delayed by the physical printing process.
• Collection: Physical products can be collected via self-pickup directly from us. If postage is required, the packaging and courier costs are to be fully borne by the client, and we are not liable for any damages or delays caused by the courier service.
